Responsibilities

Design and develop mobile-first Digital Health Solutions!
Lead the gathering of functional requirements, develop technical specifications, and participate in project & test planning
Develop mobile applications for users to interact with data collected from various medical/healthcare systems
Understand and lead system architecture and clinical flow design efforts
Be part of an R&D group developing and testing innovative medical/healthcare solutions
Develop an understanding of human biology and medicine to understand the data
Learn and expand your capabilities as part of a dynamic growing organization
Use ChatGPT and similar tools to be more efficient

Requirements & Qualifications

4-year college degree in a technical field – preferably Computer Science
8+ years of experience with Android native development with an emphasis on data analytics
Experience with React, and other related mobile app development tools/languages in an agile environment
Experience working in the healthcare and/or medical domains
Have a good understanding of databases and data workflow
Excellent knowledge of software development lifecycle, test methodologies and tools and a passion for quality processes
Participated in the release of at least one mobile application to the App Store
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation
Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage your time and get stuff done
Proactive in tracking issues and reaching out to necessary teams to help with the testing effort.
Ability to go with the flow and understand change is a constant

Required Background and Experience

Good understanding of healthcare/diabetes, medical device, and clinical data – not claims data
Experience with biometric/medical device data and/or time series data – preferably with blood glucose, blood pressure, EKG, and/or brainwave data, but experience with other time series data such as weather, stock trading/pricing will be considered
