Software Development Product Manager

Product Leadership

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare/medical software solutions in concert with the customer
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, design, and QA to ensure successful product delivery
• Lead client and internal team meetings to ensure optimal outcomes and drive project success
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that expand the project, improve customer experience, and drive growth
• Provide thought leadership in healthcare/medical technology trends and emerging industry best practices

Execution Excellence

• Lead the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient execution within Estenda’s ISO13485 agile software development process
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Setting and exceeding customer expectations

Customer/Stakeholder Engagement

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with the project’s key stakeholders
• Gather and prioritize client feedback to inform product enhancements and improvements, negotiate scope, and manage/exceed expectations
• Report on project status, direction/trajectory, and address schedule, resource, and scope risks

Team Development

• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of innovation, helpfulness, empathy, and continuous improvement
• Provide guidance on software product management best practices and methodologies throughout the software development process
